小吃、夜市排油煙 48%不合格

環保媽媽基金會昨公布全台小吃店、夜市攤販油煙排放調查，結果發現高達四成八的商家不合格，把油煙排到空中、或灌到水溝裡，觀光客很多的士林、寧夏夜市也亟待改進。

環保媽媽基金會今年二月到四月初和卅名大學生合作，調查北、中、南部共一千五百多家小吃店、夜市攤販的油煙排放狀況。

結果發現，近一半小吃、夜市攤販不合格，不合格商家中，有近八成五直接將油煙排入空氣中，另一成排入水溝，另還有百分三雖使用儲存桶來收集油煙，但卻有破洞、沒密封。

環保媽媽基金會董事長周春娣說，除了宜蘭蘭陽夜市和台北萬年大樓處理得當外，其他夜市大多不合格，很多連鎖早餐速食店也不合格。

基金會表示，油煙中含有懸浮微粒、多環芳香族等物質，若長期暴露其中，消費者和附近居民可能增加得呼吸道、肺癌、心血管等疾病的風險。若將油煙排到水溝中，則會汙染下水道，大雨一下、油汙漂浮，甚至造成淹水、排水不良。
