法務部長羅瑩雪上午在立院備詢時表示，刑法第五十九條規定，檢察官視情節，若其情可憫，可以從寬起訴求刑，她希望檢察官可以找到對學生從輕求刑的理由。例如，犯後態度是否悔改，破壞公物是否修復。
