標題[問題] 下班統一打卡

日前找到了份新工作 是小公司 下班時間6:00 卻有個奇怪的規則是下班要統一打卡 只要有人先離開 或是六點多的時候就會被迫一定要統一打全公司的卡 待了些時日發現下班時間越來越晚 工作到八九點事情做完才能離開 無補休也無加班費 但目前很需要這份工作養活自己 有以下疑問懇請板友們解答 1.被迫統一打卡，加班的部分也死無對證， 　有其他的方法可以蒐集證據嗎？ 2.因為很需要這份工作目前不想攤開硬碰硬， 　若蒐集到證據持續到離職之後再去勞工局申訴還有用嗎？ 麻煩大家解答了謝謝T_T -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.167.152.115 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1396881062.A.7BB.html
