如何消除黃色驚嘆號視窗

我在開EXCEL2010的時候,

他會先彈跳出一個視窗,

上面有一個黃色三角形驚嘆號的圖案.

上面寫:

找不到'D:\Counter\agtCTRtb.xla'請檢查檔名是否有拼錯, 或是檔案位置是否正確. 如果您嘗試從最近使用的檔案清單來開啟檔案,請確認檔案是否已被重新命名, 移動或刪除.

請問我要怎麼消除這個視窗.

雖然不影響我的使用.

但每次開EXCEL就跳出來很煩人
