爺爺香港腳灰指甲 孫染股癬

（中央社記者龍瑞雲台北2014年3月25日電）黴菌無所不在，2歲男童患股癬，皮膚科醫師徐嘉琪推測可能是患香港腳及灰指甲的爺爺傳染給小孩。

書田診所皮膚科主治醫師徐嘉琪說，一名爺爺帶著孫子就醫，主訴孫子肛門周圍及跨下會癢，紅疹長達1個月，家中沒有養寵物、孫子沒有就學，因此推測可能是罹患香港腳及灰指甲多年但是沒有治療的爺爺傳染給孫子。

徐嘉琪說，台灣氣候潮濕，黴菌可能感染在身體各處，皮膚黴菌多是皮癬菌，如頭癬、體癬、股癬、香港腳、灰指甲。根據統計，台灣民眾感染香港腳（足癬）比例有4成，灰指甲比例也有2成。

徐嘉琪指出，黴菌主要是接觸傳染，若家中有人感染香港腳或灰指甲，最好家人一併接受檢查治療，日常生活中，避免光腳踩在地面並穿著透氣通風鞋子，清洗襪子後，用攝氏45度的水浸泡襪子10分鐘殺黴菌。

徐嘉琪提醒，外出到公共場合，如泡溫泉、游泳池，建議穿個人脫鞋，避免感染。若黴菌感染沒治療，可能會擴散至身體其他部位，嚴重時還可能會併發蜂窩性組織炎。
