針對國民黨立委昨日群起質詢台大醫院及審計長，有關台大醫師柯文哲MG149帳戶是否違法問題，民進黨立委蔡煌瑯與吳秉叡今日聯合在立院質詢行政院長江宜樺，蔡批評國民黨立委是與行政部門合作「群毆」柯文哲，「私設刑堂」，是大砲打小鳥，不成比例的「政治追殺」。

江宜樺則回擊說，「我倒是覺得我現在正被人圍毆，為何不能針對行政院施政質詢好好討論？」
