大陸同胞真的有大批來台灣寶島投資房地產嗎?

昨天收看房地產節目,有個名嘴講得活靈活現,說現在的新建案都是大陸同胞利用人頭買的, 甚麼淡水林口的案子200多戶,大陸人就買了一百多戶.現在又要往台南高雄炒了,好像台灣的房子快要被大陸人買光了,問題我住蘆洲五股這邊幾個建案賣快半年,死氣沉沉都快葛屁了.
各位相信台灣人都不要的爛貨,大陸人居然搶著要嗎?
大陸傻B真的這麼多嗎?
