現在IPHONE5，還可以升級到IOS7.12嗎?

我的IPHONE5還是兩年前開賣的IOS6，最近有更新過的人，IOS7的回復認證關閉了嗎?
升上去只能直達IOS8了嗎?
因為上禮拜我用IPAD3先試升一下，結果7的認證已經關閉，不升8不行，不然直接死在那，連不升級都不行。
特上來問問，或IOS8在IPHONE5上有適應不良的現象嗎?
因為想用4G，只好升級了，請教版上神人了，我沒JB過
