德8月工業生產衰減4% 2009年最大頹勢

德國工業8 月生產表現低於預期，顯示歐元區最大經濟體經濟惡化。德國製造業8月經季節波動因素較7月調整後下滑4%，創2009年一月以來最大跌幅，比彭博原估下滑1.5%更嚴重。7月擴張1.6%。

主要出口市場歐元區經濟疲軟，連帶拖累德國經濟，與俄羅斯的政治角力，也衝擊企業信心。歐洲央行推出前所未有的刺激措施，呼籲各國政府實施結構改革以振興區域復甦。法國巴黎銀行駐倫敦歐洲經濟師赫曼（Evelyn Herrmann）指出，製造業生產疲弱可能進一步影響內需，也顯示企業對投資舉棋不定。
