正義：5月已停止自鑫好進貨

食用油風暴又起，前頂新集團旗下正義公司處長吳容合，離職後自行開設公司，將飼料性用油偽稱可食用豬油，再賣回正義製成油品出售。對此，正義回應，前處長吳容合於2004年已離職，相關資料已移交給檢調調查，另外，頂新今年進行訪廠時，吳容合的鑫好公司沒有通過檢驗，因此在5月時就已經停止從鑫好進貨。

正義表示，目前被點名的2.4公升及18公升的「維力清香油」、「維力香豬油」、「正義香豬油」等產品，已經預防性下架。
