利率交換櫃買計畫新增二指標

櫃買中心規劃的利率交換交易平台，計畫將增加提供連結TAIBOR及TAIBIR二項利率指標的契約，供業者交易選擇，預計於12月1日正式推出。

目前新台幣利率交換交易，主要連結的指標以湯森路透所提供的「90天短期票券次級市場利率」為浮動利率的定價基礎，但票券金融商業同業公會所屬會員，將自明年起停止對湯森路透該頁面利率報價，市場擔心報價機構減少將影響該利率指標的代表性及公正性，因此將增加TAIBOR及TAIBIR為交易連結指標。

櫃買中心表示，TAIBOR及TAIBIR皆獲國際交換暨衍生性商品協會（ISDA）納入其利率及貨幣衍生性金融商品契約名詞定義，是國際組織認可的利率指標。
