每日郵報報導，巴西3歲男童米賽爾（Misael）已經重達150磅（約70公斤），胖得無法走路，醫師認為他可能有小胖威力症候群。

米塞爾出生時體重約2.9公斤，與一般嬰兒相當正常體重，但他其後每個月增重3公斤，現在已胖得幾乎無法走路。醫生判斷，米塞爾可能患有小胖威力症候群（Prader-Willi Syndrome），患者常覺得餓，食量是同齡人的2到5倍。

他的父母為控制病情，只好從限制飲食著手。
