為紀念1864年8月22日日內瓦第一公約簽署150周年，中華民國紅十字會總會與紅十字國際委員會 (ICRC)將於10月5日在台大醫院國際會議中心舉辦「日內瓦公約150周年紀念研討會」，屆時，ICRC東亞地區代表處副代表Vincent Cassard將偕同2位法律顧問來台，並擔任研討會講者；另外紅十字會王清峰會長、台灣大學、政治大學、東吳大學及國防大學、國內法律、外交學者、研究員及執業律師等，也將共同出席探究國際人道規範及在台灣的發展與應用。
