授權合資王品「合作黃金方程式」

王品集團在邁向國際化過程中，並非一帆風順，經營模式幾經調整，後來採取「授權合資」的經營策略，才找到「合作黃金方程式」。

王品董事長戴勝益昨天說：「只有美國成功，才是國際化成功。」

今年初王品旗下舒果和新加坡莆田授權合資在新加坡加展店，昨天與熊貓餐飲合作搶進美國市場，王品持股都在20%至30%之間。

戴勝益認為，採取「授權合資」的策略，既能達到在地化，讓合作夥伴享有較高利潤，也能保有主導權，維繫品牌特色。他甚至對合作對象設定三大原則，要當地前三大餐飲連鎖業、財務透明、規模達百店以上。
