私募基金SAC 出清開發金股

萬泰銀原大股東私募基金SAC與奇異資融，上周透過盤後鉅額配對交易，大舉出脫約25萬餘張開發金股票。9月15日萬泰銀併入開發金，SAC取得100多億元現金與1%多開發金增資新股，上周賣掉手中股票後，宣告SAC入主萬泰銀七年後，終於完全出場。這也是幾家私募基金入主國銀，第一個退場的案例。

2007年共有私募基金凱雷、隆力與SAC，分別入主國銀大眾、安泰與萬泰銀，並均向國銀辦理百億元以上聯貸，其中，SAC由台銀主辦聯貸128億元，與GE集團奇異資融聯手取得萬泰銀約八成股權，SAC本身持股將近六成，拿下絕對主導權。

這些私募基金聯貸期限均為7年期，今年底將到期。
