大陸國企高管可能面臨最多50%降薪

據香港南華早報報導，根據大陸國家主席習近平近日批准的一項改革計畫，大陸國有企業的高管將面臨至多50%的降薪。

報導稱，習近平18日舉行的會議上表示，需加快對國有企業最高層薪酬制度進行改革的的速度。他還批准一項為期七年的管理體制整頓方案。

第一階段改革內容為削減國有企業高管薪酬，受此影響的領域主要集中在金融和銀行領域，其中一些高管的降薪幅度可能達到50%。
