美國聯準會主席葉倫談話前夕，美元今早卻回軟，亞幣普遍反彈，包括韓元、日元及泰銖、馬幣今早都走升，港幣也持續上揚，人民幣中間價與即期匯率分歧，新台幣以平盤30.052元開出後持續溫和上揚，新台幣兌美元中午暫收29.971元，升值8.1分，台北外匯經紀公司成交金額3.83億美元。

全球央行年會，都是每年最受市場期待的金融市場盛宴。其中葉倫首次以美國聯準會主席身份出席演說是關注的焦點。不過在央行盛事前夕，過去一周強勢的美元竟然走弱，亞幣明顯回升，而新台幣兌美元今天開盤價為30.052元，盤中最高29.960元、最低30.052元。
