（中央社台北2014年8月23日電）彭博報導，歐洲中央銀行（ECB）總裁德拉吉（Mario Draghi）表示，歐元區通膨預期惡化，並暗示決策者準備好再推出新的貨幣刺激措施。

德拉吉昨天在懷俄明州傑克森霍爾（Jackson Hole）發表目前為止最強烈的暗示，他告訴其他國際央行總裁，避開日式經濟停滯的措施還沒結束，投資人打賭歐元區8月通膨「在各方面會展現顯著降幅」。

德拉吉在由堪薩斯市聯邦準備銀行舉辦的經濟年會中脫稿演說表示：「銀行管理委員會將承認這些發展，並會在權限內使用所有有需要的可用工具，確保中期價格穩定。」

在此之前，有預估數據顯示，歐元區這個月通膨放慢到0.3%，僅是歐洲央行目標的一小部分，且創2009年10月以來最疲軟水準。歐元區第2季經濟停滯，失業率仍接近歷史高點。

德拉吉擔心投資人、消費者和企業因預期通膨會更疲弱，所以減少開銷，使歐洲陷入恐很難翻身的通縮漩渦。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
