保內換回全新硬碟轉賣

各位先進大家好
　小弟五月份時將一顆Toshiba 500G硬碟保內送修，代理商也很阿莎力的直接換了顆新的回來
，後來就一直放著沒使用，直接前幾天將該硬碟上機安裝WIN8並檢測一切數據皆正常無誤(包括
使用時數從安裝到拆下用了四個小時)，後來將此硬碟賣給網友，網友收到後也使用HD Tune檢
測過無警告無壞軌使用時數也如本人拆下當時顯示的四小時無誤，但是該網友今天卻突然要求退
回該硬碟，以下是該網友所述

想問問各位先進，這種情形該讓對方退貨嗎?
