鄰居門口吐檳榔汁　「有警告意味」起訴

謝姓水電工將水電工具放在住處社區的消防公共空間，遭林姓管委會主委制止，他心生不滿，竟在林的家門口吐檳榔汁。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，林男控訴，謝拿燈泡朝他家門口丟擲，他提告恐嚇、毀損；3個月後，謝又將檳榔汁吐在他家門口，再加告對方恐嚇。謝承認燈泡掉落，否認有恐嚇、毀損意圖，稱當天有喝酒，應是不小心掉落。此外，新北地檢署認定，「吐檳榔汁有警告意味」，將謝男起訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
