檢二度提訊　鄭捷將進行精神鑑定

為了釐清捷運冷血殺人魔鄭捷的精神狀況，有消息指出，檢方可能在今（17）日下午第二度提訊鄭捷，進行精神鑑定。

根據了解，新北地檢署檢方其實在日前已經和台大醫院精神科方面，就鄭捷精神鑑定問題確定細節；不過，由於擔心事先曝光可能會讓案情受到干擾，因此拒絕透露相關內容。

另外，對於外傳關於鄭捷進行精神鑑定，可能將花費超過新台幣10萬元；對此，檢方表示，「仍有討論空間」，相關費用應會依實際鑑定時數計算。
