痠痛處理及避免運動傷害

我是剛入門的公路車手, 每騎一趟就會痠痛個三天左右
常常因而休兵, 這樣練車很沒效率
騎長程或騎山難免都回留下運動後的酸痛,特別是屁股跟大腿
有最好的裝備?最好的騎乘姿勢,運動前暖身就可以避免嗎?
我是一回到家就冰敷跟抬腿,似乎對於還是有限
