萬姓女童赤腳在公園玩耍，被地燈電成重傷，議員金中玉前天痛批市府卸責又冷漠，新北市水利局昨夜發布懲處名單，高灘地工程管理處長楊宗珉降調非主管職，承辦人員記過兩次，其餘相關主管均記過一次。
