台壽保、中信金合併雙膠著

台壽保(2833)下午舉行董事會，將討論與中信金(2891)合併案的股份轉換契約修正內容，不過前夕有獨董吳中書請辭案，加上立委質疑有陸資擬入股等，雖然台壽保澄清大股東龍邦擬將股權出售川盟是市場人士無的放矢，但上午台壽保與中信金股價連袂平盤下震盪，盤中雙雙下跌逾0.5%左右，台壽保目前市價約在21.5元左右，中信金亦在19.3元以下。

台壽保下午董事會前夕，獨董吳中書辭職引發揣測。台壽保表示，由於有檢舉案指出，吳中書持有台壽股票，居前10大自然人股東，有違反出任獨董相關規定之虞，即使本屆任期至6月9日止，但吳中書仍以「業務繁忙」為由，主動請辭獨董職務。截至4月底，吳中書持有台壽約1293張，持股比率約0.13%。
