讓香菸包裝變空白法國擬跟進

為抑制吸菸，法國考慮通過新法令，禁止在香菸包裝上印製品牌，制定全世界最嚴厲的反菸政策之一。

「費加洛報」（Le Figaro）今天報導，衛生部長圖雷（Marisol Touraine）預定下月提出新法令，禁止香菸製造商在包裝上印製個別明顯品牌。

費加洛報導，空白包裝僅以小字體將香菸品牌寫在健康警示圖下。另外，包括在公眾場所禁抽電子菸等，屬一系列激進禁菸措施之一。

衛生部發布聲明，正在研究抑制抽菸的多個選項。

衛生部說：「距離做成任何決策還很遙遠，目前尚未決定採取特定行動。」

澳洲2012年率先採用空白香菸包裝，英國、紐西蘭和愛爾蘭都計畫跟進。
