美國時代雜誌23日報導，德國科布倫茲高等法院20日裁定，情侶分手後，有權要求對方徹底刪除兩人交往期間拍攝的裸照或相關影片。裁決法官認為，個人隱私比他人擁有照片的所有權或版權重要得多，但若照片中的重點部位有足夠衣物遮蔽，則不在刪除之列。
