房地產熱銷不是沒有道理
因為大家現金真是多到爆

昨天去親戚家詢問稅務問題
他一直問我買房子的事,他說這兩年薪水從7萬調到10萬,手中現金滿滿,很想買房子
他是生技上市公司職員
他說這兩年台商紛紛回台投資設廠,資金與人員回台,業績又暴漲,房地產不漲也難

台北市與新北市都更太慢了,沒有又新又好的房子可以買
不然大家會搶房子搶死了
