少女下體驗出DNA　狼竟辯「跌倒手滑進去」

25歲陳姓男保全員前年認識一名當時17歲少女，得知少女感情受挫，服用安眠藥後到公園散心，假好心到場陪伴，見少女昏睡，竟伸手摸少女下體，少女驚醒後報警，並在下體採集檢體，驗出陳男的DNA，陳男辯稱少女走路跌倒，他伸手攙扶時，手不小心滑進少女下體，但最高法院痛批陳男說詞離譜，今依乘機猥褻罪判他1年10個月確定。

陳男除了辯稱手滑進少女下體才留下DNA外，還說案發當天他騎機車載少女前曾上廁所，尿液不小心滴到褲子上，後來少女上了他的機車，用手抱住他，手可能碰到他的褲子沾到尿液，之後沒洗手就去上廁所，摸了自己的下體，他的DNA才輾轉留在少女下體，但法官同樣不採信，判陳男有罪定讞。（劉志原╱台北報導）
