歐安組織撤走頓內次克省多數選舉觀察員

歐洲安全與合作組織24日批評說，烏克蘭東部的總統大選選務人員收到恐嚇簡訊，感受到「恐怖的氣氛」，為了安全起見，歐安組織已撤走頓內次克省多數選舉觀察員，首府頓內次克市將不會有任何觀察員。
