第四台竟然先一步出手推200m/20m!(凱擘、台灣大)

看看就好!我是高屏地區以前用過第四台網路，真的第四台的速率他說的看看就好，速率是不保證的....
剛開始辦時還不錯，但...到中間或後面速率我使用的經驗慘不忍睹.....速率超不穩叫修也沒改善...
20M ~ 50M都申請用過 最低速掉到1M過我的使用的情形，而且是我使用好幾年越用越差，當初就是因為他便宜才用...結果用越久越糟只有要到期前幾個月網速才給你稍微正常沒那麼離普續約後又一樣...而且當時他綁合約不作費率變更，中華電信都可以跟NCC規定既有的用戶都可受惠只要有調整用戶都享受的到...
後面我就跳回中華電信速率穩定多了也沒第四台速率飄的那麼大，

只是中華電信的網路有點小麻煩要有固定IP，不然有些遊戲不能開房間,第四台的網路都沒這問題都可以遊戲開房間XD......真的是各有優缺....!
