翁騎三輪車逆向撞機車　騎士受傷翁沒事

一名85歲、撿資源回收的蔡姓老人，去年11月15日騎著後座改加裝置物籃子的三輪車，逆向行駛台中市南區高工路慢車道，遇上李姓女學生騎機車載賴姓女同學迎面而來，機車閃避不及、擦撞三輪車，李女人車倒地，造成臉、頭、膝等處受傷。蔡翁則無恙。台中地檢署今依過失傷害罪將蔡翁起訴。(鄧玉瑩／台中報導)
