警開槍擊斃通緝犯　業務過失致死罪起訴

楊梅分局永安派出所葉姓警員（41歲）今年2月16日下午在轄區一家資源回收場攔檢有多項竊盜前科的羅文昌（45歲）過程中，因羅嫌企圖倒車逃逸，葉員對空鳴槍制止無效，朝其腿部開了三槍，羅嫌負傷駕車逃跑五百公尺後連人帶車衝入稻田，經支援警方趕來將他送醫後，因流血過多不治死亡。

案經桃園地檢署偵辦後，認為葉員朝死者左大腿連開3槍並無明顯的急迫性，且有2槍貫穿右大腿，造成雙腿共10個彈孔，顯有過當，今依涉嫌業務過失致死罪嫌將他提起公訴。（張沛森／桃園報導）
