一銀宣布，與中國銀行共同合作統籌主辦義聯集團旗下燁輝企業轉投資公司燁輝(中國)及燁輝(香港)分別為7年期等值人民幣8.7255億元、3,800萬美元兩起聯貸案，據了解，利率至少2%起跳。

一銀指出，本次透過中國境內、境外同時籌組兩起聯貸案，主要用於支應燁輝在常熟經濟開發區擴建年產62萬噸鍍鋅捲板及42萬噸彩塗捲板生產線建設等投資計畫所需資金之用，是今年首宗結合中國境內及境外金融機構攜手合作的聯貸案例。

另外，參貸行則有上海浦東發展銀行、土地銀行、合作金庫及台灣企銀等；中國境外燁輝(香港)聯貸案則由第一銀行統籌主辦並擔任管理銀行，參貸行包括中國輸出入銀行、台中商銀、高雄銀、華南銀、陽信銀等。
