美國發表氣候報告提出警訊

白宮6日發表數百位民間和公家部門科學家耗時四年撰寫的「全國氣候評估」報告，指人類導致的暖化正在美國造成嚴重衝擊。報告警告，美國人口第一大州加州將鬧旱災，美國東部會受海平面上升影響。
