ASUS G46VW upgrade windows 8.1後，HDMI外接螢幕玩遊戲時會閃爍

小弟上個月買了ASUS G46VW
遇到了兩個問題

1. 在HDMI接著只顯示HDMI螢幕時，
剛開機或重開機後，
會有主顯示器背光亮著的問題，
必須手動切換才能關掉主顯示器。

2. 原本系統為windows 8
在更新windows 8.1後，
HDMI外接螢幕玩遊戲時會閃爍(螢幕整個黑掉)。

昨天與客服聯絡想要送修，
客服回答我無法修理，
並要我退回windows 8.0試試。
可以要求使用者不升級還要自己實驗這樣合理嗎? Orz

我相信這更新什麼BIOS或是ME FW就解了
而最新的BIOS或是驅動卻在半年前就沒更新了，
變成這問題還無解，囧
不知道有沒有人跟我遇到一樣的問題。
