俄羅斯外長拉夫洛夫與德國外長施泰因邁爾6日同意，推動國際對話以解除烏克蘭危機非常重要。拉夫洛夫與施泰因邁爾在維也納參加歐洲委員會會議時舉行會外會，雙方強調「俄羅斯、美國、歐盟及歐洲安全合作組織必須繼續共同努力，推動烏克蘭展開全國性的對話，以解決所有既存的問題」。
