行賄自首生技公司判罪

去年底，竹縣某生技公司錯過優惠稅申請期，業者竟涉嫌送出5萬元賄款，盼取得減少165萬元稅金，被竹縣稅捐稽徵局朱麗娟科長拒絕，並通報縣府政風室。朱獲記功一次，行賄業者向檢方認罪自首，並獲判有罪，准予免執行。
