委內瑞拉將擴大對陸出口石油

委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛(Nicolas Maduro)在當地時間21日說，委國希望擴大對中國大陸的石油輸出，預計每天將增加出口超過50萬桶到100萬桶石油。不過，馬杜洛並未說明何時將擴大對大陸的石油出口。
中國大陸外交部長王毅目前正進行拉丁美洲訪問行程，21日訪問委內瑞拉時，已先會晤委內瑞拉外長哈瓦(Elias Jaua)，討論擴大兩國能源領域的合作事宜。後來再與馬杜洛舉行會談。
馬杜洛說，委陸兩國討論擴大投資事宜，以達成增加能源合作目標，他決定擴大對中國大陸的石油出口，就是朝上述目標邁進。
中國大陸因經濟快速發展，急需使用能源，委內瑞拉2013年平均每天出口62.6萬桶石油到大陸。而且大陸也是繼美國之後，委國第二大石油出口國。
王毅這次出訪的首站是古巴，他在結束委內瑞拉行程後，接著將造訪阿根廷和巴西。
