運將侵占市議員手機　檢罰寫悔過書

國民黨籍台北巿議員吳志剛，去年10月1日搭乘小黃，不小心將手機遺失在車上，鞏姓運將見到後竟然將手機轉手出脫，因鞏男到案後坦承犯行，台北地檢署今依侵占罪予以鞏男緩起訴，鞏男除寫悔過書道歉外，還必須繳交1萬元給國庫。

檢警查出，鞏姓運將去年10月1日晚間9時許，在台北巿喜來登飯店前搭載吳志剛，吳志剛下車時，不慎將iPhone5手機遺留在車上，鞏男發現車上有手機，竟私吞並請託朋友出售。吳發現手機遺失報警處理，警方循線找到鞏男。（呂志明／台北報導）
