吉特最後1場開幕戰　洋基王朝4巨頭現身

今天是洋基主場開幕戰，遇上巴爾的摩金鶯隊，也是隊長吉特(Derek Jeter)棒球生涯最後1次在洋基主場開幕戰出賽，因為他已經宣告將在今年球季結束後退休，賽前洋基幫他舉辦了一場記者會，他說：「去年錯過了開幕戰，我更對今天這場比賽充滿期待。」
 
對於今天自己最後1場洋基的主場開幕賽，吉特說：「當然會有些感觸，是人都會有情緒，有感覺，但我會試著把這些情緒隱藏起來，做好自己該做的事情，尤其20年職業生涯，我經歷了太多重要比賽，也曾緊張過，但現在，我已經學會把這些情緒隱藏好，不要讓自己嗨過頭。」
 
吉特今年退休後，也宣告跨越1990、2000年時代洋基黃金時期的結束，而賽前洋基也請來洋基王朝4巨頭吉特、佩提特(Andy Pettitte)、波薩達(Jorge Posada)與李維拉(Mariano Rivera)擔任開球貴賓。

比賽預計台灣時間清晨1點開打，洋基先發投手是日籍黑田博樹，金鶯先發則是希梅尼茲(Ubaldo Jimenez)。（記者楊逸民／美國紐約報導）
