倫敦豪華酒店住客遭暴力攻擊

三名來自阿拉伯聯合大公國的婦女，6日清晨在倫敦四星級康柏蘭酒店房間遭到歹徒用錘子暴烈攻擊，頭臉受重傷。

這些30多歲的遊客，有一人傷勢特別嚴重。事發時在隔壁房間睡覺的三名七歲至12歲孩子未受傷害。

警方把這個事件列為企圖殺人，並表示有個白人男子進入這些婦女的七樓房間，可能企圖行竊，可是有個婦女突然驚醒，對方於是用錘子予以重擊，接著攻擊另兩名婦女，最後衣服沾滿血跡逃走。

這些來自富裕家庭的婦女是到倫敦觀光採購，事發時她們的旅館房間並未上鎖，因為她們還有其他家人同行。

有1000個房間的康柏蘭酒店位於海德公園和牛津街購物區附近。
