小哥買房有慧根 21歲就置產

「小哥」費玉清最近首度拍攝房產廣告，以8位數酬勞接下高鐵桃園青埔地區一處新建案代言；昨天他談到，自己對於買房很有「慧根」，挑房子還要看「氣質」！

昨小哥不諱言地說，建商會找他代言，就是因為他熱愛投資房地產，是演藝圈的「超級包租公」，但他每年會拿房租捐公益。

外傳小哥在忠孝東路1到7段都有房子，他笑說沒那麼誇張，但透露國內外都有置產，他說：「我把房產當成心中小小寄託，心中有一本帳，會回想哪一年在哪條街有成績，當成我工作行程的『紀念品』。」

小哥大方分享置產祕訣，他堅信「有土斯有財」，昨提到，21歲身上僅有2萬元，他就已買下人生中第一棟房子，他偏好正方型房子，得意說：「我眼光不錯，別人都會想要向我買房。」小哥認為，房產只要位於捷運或鄰近機場、高鐵站，就符合投資要件。
