找一本男主角誤會女主角的小說

劇情大概為 女主角差點被一位男生強暴 男主角救了她
後來兩人相戀再一起 直到女主角懷孕 後來再有一天
女主角回去自己之前的房子 不料又遇上多年前要強暴的那個人
那個人見到是女主角便又起了色心與想報復那時男主角打他的舊恨
所以就要再一次強暴女主角 後來男主角及時趕到 但他看到的畫面
以為女主角真的跟那個男的有一腿 而那個人也在旁邊煽動說他跟他再一起很久了
然後又說孩子或許不是你的 等等 讓男主角一氣之下拋棄女主角

大概只記得片段劇情 希望知道的人幫我找找這本小說叫什麼 謝謝 :)
