現在每家電信NP不綁約都很刁嗎?

因為一直以來都用中華 超值128方案

最近想辦 大省333，因為貪圖NP客戶享有網內免費，所以想說先辦NP移出

結果騎著機車跑好幾家的遠傳和台灣大哥大

結果都被刁說：現在都一定要綁約，不然就是要繳2千多的保證金

結果跑了好幾家 找不到一家願意讓我不綁約的，那我現在要怎麼辦?

回去原來那家中華跟店員說　我找不到其他電信暫時收留我嗎?(當時那個店員也知道我要NP出去再NP回來)

可是我已經繳了240的移出費了，可以取消移出嗎? 然後240直接扣在月租費?
