惡質車商調里程　43萬公里變6萬公里

新竹市1名經營二手車買賣的力姓男子2011年間用39萬9000元向租車公司買凌志汽車，他為了賣好價，竟偷偷將里程逾43萬公里儀表板，調為6萬2000餘公里，再以58萬轉賣給一名竹科主管。被害人以為撿到便宜，送車到原廠維修時發現受騙，怒告詐欺。

另力男2011年11月間競標，花了48萬元買了一台租賃汽車，事後以車輛故障為由要求解約退車，租車公司退還48萬元給力男，因租車公司未於第一時間取車，事後向力男索車時，他竟以偽造「車輛交付明細及保證移轉過戶聲明書，偽造租車公司人員簽名，主張車已還租車公司，事後查證發現受騙。新竹地院今天依詐欺、偽造文書兩罪各6個月，應執行1年徒刑，得易科罰金。（楊勝裕／新竹報導）
