（中央社記者廖漢原華盛頓2014年3月23日專電）美國總統歐巴馬今天啟程前往荷蘭海牙，準備出席第3屆核子安全高峰會，期間將與中國大陸國家主席習近平會晤，並與日韓元首舉行三邊會談。

歐巴馬在國家安全顧問萊斯（Susan Rice）和總統助理菲佛（Daniel Pfeiffer）等官員陪同下，搭乘空軍一號前往海牙，準備出席24、25日在荷蘭海牙舉行的第3屆核子安全高峰會，國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）也將與會。

歐巴馬將於24日與習近平會晤，並與多位歐洲國家領袖舉行多邊會談，烏克蘭局勢和制裁俄羅斯將是會談焦點；歐巴馬25日還將與日本首相安倍晉三和南韓總統朴槿惠舉行美日韓三邊對話，希望化解日韓兩國因歷史議題引起的僵局。

歐巴馬此行還將訪問比利時、義大利和沙烏地阿拉伯，強化美國在烏克蘭危機下團結歐洲盟邦的外交政策，並首度訪問美國在中東最重要的盟國沙烏地阿拉伯。
