1-8月買賣移轉近11年新低　全年面臨33萬棟保衛戰

根據內政部最新統計，8月買賣移轉棟數2萬4312棟，是今年以來的次低，月減12%，累計1-8月買賣移轉棟數21萬6553棟，創下近11年以來的同期新低，直逼2003年SARS當時21萬4517棟的低量。信義房屋不動產企研室專案經理曾敬德今(30)日表示，政府今年以來頻頻關切房市的言論與相關稅改政策，已打壓出近年房市交易的新低量，以目前膠著的房市氣氛來看，今年全年房市交易恐將面臨33萬棟的低量保衛戰。今年8月全國買賣移轉棟數為2萬4312棟，是今年以來的次低紀錄，僅高於2月時的1萬9千棟，1-8月仍以新北市的買賣移轉量較大，累計共有4萬1千棟的移轉量，其次是台中的3萬2千棟、桃園的2萬9千棟，至於房價水準最高的台北市則僅剩下2萬1千棟的水準，在6都之中僅高於台南市，表現相當「悶」。
