猥褻打工少女送貨員緩刑3年

送貨業務員陳男結識打工的17歲女高中生，3月趁妻子出國，以腳傷為由，請被害人帶藥至他的住處，趁機猥褻被害人得逞；被害人全身顫抖返家，媽媽發覺有異才知女兒遭陳男猥褻，事後雙方達成和解，台中地院依強制猥褻罪將陳男判刑8月，緩刑3年。

陳男（29歲）犯後有悔意，與被害人和解，但被害人當庭表示希望陳男完成心理輔導等措施，才可給他自新機會。

法官查出，陳男有正當工作及家庭，因暗戀被害人，一時情迷犯案，難認有再犯傾向，因此宣告緩刑，但緩刑期間交付保護管束，由觀護人督促。
