【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】飛利浦公司周二宣布將一分為二，將分割旗下照明事業成為一家獨立企業，而消費者與醫療保健部門將合而為一，成為規模達150億歐元的事業體。

擁有120年歷史的飛利浦公司表示，新的組織架構明年將節省1億歐元成本，2016年再省下2億歐元成本；從2014年至2016年的組織重整費用，預估達到5000萬歐元。

飛利浦表示，這項變革將創立HealthTech與Lighting等兩家領先市場的企業，且未來都將使用飛利浦品牌。

規模達70億歐元的照明解決方案事業部門，將分拆成為一個獨立的法人組織，並考慮直接訴諸資本市場，以進行股權結構交替的數個選項。
