小弟為社會新鮮人 為四大機械相關科系碩畢 最近剛退伍 也陸續面試了一些公司 最後挑選以下兩家作為抉擇 WNC 台達 職稱 MobileCom機構設計 Server風扇機構設計 薪資 (N+5)k*14+分紅績效 (N-1)k*14~16+分紅績效 工時 8:30~??? 8:30~??? 交通 租屋 通勤 內容 手持式裝置機構設計 風扇機構設計加模擬 開模、試模 須負責產品PM部分 出差 要 幾乎不用 地點 竹科 桃園二廠 N=碩士新人價 兩家主管皆談得很愉快 人也都很好 目前就這兩家作選擇 薪資的部分WNC開的蠻誘人的 但台達在做的與我的論文非常相關 考慮未來的發展性及升遷性 想請問大家哪一間比較好 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.166.124.67 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1411127347.A.AC0.html
